Day 20

Diet is the same.
Last night I went to Roy's and had some good fish.
Today I ordered some homade pizza company with E. I had one slice and felt so ill. I think it was the dairy. Weekned drinks were Tekillya, soda water, and a lime. Tomorrow it is back to 4oz meals, just made 6 servings.

Day 18 I Guess

Well yesterday was like the day before. Same foods just a bit more in OZs and post WOD I had an Isopure.
So I guess today is really day 18.
Cheated a bit with some beans in chicken chili.
A pound or so of beef throughout the day and lots of greens and walnuts.
I have been running around like a mad man so tomorrow I will have a better post.

I would rather be downing walnuts then sun butter but it is easier on my digestive system this way.

Yes, but I do eat 5-7 times a day. The small meals and the timing is an old Body Building trick. The small amount of food (with a good amount of protein) keeps you full. This also keeps your metabolism fully ramped up. I am leaning out. Now if I was putting on weight or maintaining I would be making adjustments to the portion sizes, fruit intake, and carb load in respect to sweet potatoes. I would still be eating 5-7 times a day but I would be subbing shakes to make the intake easier. Fat also keeps the cravings down

Day 14

Good day of rest and relaxation!

10am- 3 egg whites, bacon, and veggies

2pm- some beef about 3 oz

4oz chicken, 1 head broc,

sun butter 2 tbls

2 oz beef

Day 13

okay the weekend is here and most of my meals are out and about

7 am black coffee and some berries (small handful)

8 am CF

9:30 am 3egg whites

12 pm turkey and mixed veggies

3 pm-CF

4:30 pm- 3 eggs, 2 yolk, one white

7:30 pm- some meat balls, shrimp, a bit if chicken

9 pm- same as above but smaller portions
