130pm-3oz chicken-10 walnuts

3pm-cf

4pm-4oz bision

7pm-4oz bison-10 walnuts-head of broc

  3. Any particular reason other than time that you're only eating vegetables at dinner? How has energy been throughout the day w/ that few carbs?

  4. The carbs are cut do to the fact that I am trying to lean out. I need to start getting more in. It is just easier to travel with nuts and meat.
    Energy is fine, seems body has gotten use to the fat for energy.
