Bison and walnut day! I'm on-board now too, will have to make some this evening. Ground turkey is starting to bore the hell out of me anyways
I am throwing in chicken today and turkey. I guess we will switch it up.
Any particular reason other than time that you're only eating vegetables at dinner? How has energy been throughout the day w/ that few carbs?
The carbs are cut do to the fact that I am trying to lean out. I need to start getting more in. It is just easier to travel with nuts and meat.Energy is fine, seems body has gotten use to the fat for energy.
