9am-40z chicken/gf beef, tbls sun butter, celery

11am-cf

12pm-same as above no sun butter

3pm-same as 9am

5:45pm-cf

7pm-same as 9am

Second CF session felt better then the WOD

I am sure a little bit more of meat and veggies will go down before the night is over.
I would rather be downing walnuts then sun butter but it is easier on my digestive system this way.
