okay today was a rough one. running around all day.
3oz chicken, head broc, 1 small spoon sun butter
I have now been blocked up by all this fat and protein for a week. I cheated today and had a double cheese burger from McDs.
Well it did the trick and I was feeling (DO NOT READ MAY OFFEND! 10 pounds lighter in no time, thanks you greasy process crap). I really need to find a way to get regular with all the fat and protein going in.
