Day 20

Diet is the same.
Last night I went to Roy's and had some good fish.
Today I ordered some homade pizza company with E. I had one slice and felt so ill. I think it was the dairy. Weekned drinks were Tekillya, soda water, and a lime. Tomorrow it is back to 4oz meals, just made 6 servings.

Day 18 I Guess

Well yesterday was like the day before. Same foods just a bit more in OZs and post WOD I had an Isopure.
So I guess today is really day 18.
Cheated a bit with some beans in chicken chili.
A pound or so of beef throughout the day and lots of greens and walnuts.
I have been running around like a mad man so tomorrow I will have a better post.

Yes, but I do eat 5-7 times a day. The small meals and the timing is an old Body Building trick. The small amount of food (with a good amount of protein) keeps you full. This also keeps your metabolism fully ramped up. I am leaning out. Now if I was putting on weight or maintaining I would be making adjustments to the portion sizes, fruit intake, and carb load in respect to sweet potatoes. I would still be eating 5-7 times a day but I would be subbing shakes to make the intake easier. Fat also keeps the cravings down

okay the weekend is here and most of my meals are out and about

7 am black coffee and some berries (small handful)

8 am CF

9:30 am 3egg whites

12 pm turkey and mixed veggies

3 pm-CF

4:30 pm- 3 eggs, 2 yolk, one white

7:30 pm- some meat balls, shrimp, a bit if chicken

9 pm- same as above but smaller portions

Day 12

okay today was a rough one. running around all day.

3oz chicken, head broc, 1 small spoon sun butter

I have now been blocked up by all this fat and protein for a week. I cheated today and had a double cheese burger from McDs.
Well it did the trick and I was feeling (DO NOT READ MAY OFFEND! 10 pounds lighter in no time, thanks you greasy process crap). I really need to find a way to get regular with all the fat and protein going in.

I forgot how good sun butter is. I love peanut butter and to me this tastes just as good. The only problem is the 3g of sugar pure serving.

Man I am up late. Just got home form hockey.

8:30am- 2eggs, half avocado, onions, tomatoes

11pm- hockey till 12:30

I need to get my meal timing back in order, but my WOD was looking good so I see improvement. I am having issues with major bloating with all the protein and fat. i need to figure it out. I may have a little bison since I can't sleep due to the fact I am still jacked up from the game. I only had four minutes on the bench today. We only had 6 players so I played a straight 42 minutes for the most part. Tomorrow is going to hurt!

Day 7

Not the best day for me since almost every meal was out and about. I love Sunday Brunch. I will make better choices next time. Too much sodium today.

10am-2eggs, broc omlette, 3 peices bacon

1pm 12 walnuts, elk jerky. I ate one peice and threw out the rest. Too much salt.

Not feeling to well today so eating was hard.

5pm- went to the new theater in the south loop and they had nothing on the menu but crap. Ordered a cheese and meat plate. Just had some of the meat. Again too salty.

This is the price I pay for making the mistake of not having meals ready for today.

9pm-steak. peppers, onion, tomato-

Going to get my cooking on tomorrow. Shit I may cook up some Bison now so it is ready in the AM.

8pm-went out for dinner-no booze and stayed away from the apps-everyone had some amazing looking pasta-only chicken and veal on the menu but I asked and they found me a nice filet. About 9oz with mushrooms and a side of spinach. It was cooked in a wine reduction sauce. It was damn good! If I am going out Steak is what I order every time unless there is a good fish on the menu.

11am- CFE WOD-Worked on Thrusters and some ring push ups.

11:45qm-Post meal-4oz Bison, onions, garlic.

5pm-10 walnuts.

8pm-4oz steak-10 walnuts- 1 head broc.

15g of fish oil throughout the day and 3 cups of green tea.
