Man I am up late. Just got home form hockey.
8:30am- 2eggs, half avocado, onions, tomatoes
11am-cf-wod 135# 5:53
12pm-3oz bison, garlic, onion
3pm-10 walnuts
8pm- 40z steak, half avocado
11pm- hockey till 12:30
I need to get my meal timing back in order, but my WOD was looking good so I see improvement. I am having issues with major bloating with all the protein and fat. i need to figure it out. I may have a little bison since I can't sleep due to the fact I am still jacked up from the game. I only had four minutes on the bench today. We only had 6 players so I played a straight 42 minutes for the most part. Tomorrow is going to hurt!
